I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Just a quick post today before I head out today.
My Dad celebrated his birthday a few weeks back and this is the card I sent out to him. A quick note about Dad, I talked with him yesterday he's doing great with his recovery though still having a bit of foot drop when he's tired which led to a couple of falls, but fortunately no injuries. And as we're talking, he just casually mentions that he and his girlfriend (Mary) are going to buy a house together. Errrr back the bus up, what'd you just say? They decided she'd move out of Columbus and to Richland County (where Dad lives) because it splits the difference between her grandkids in Columbus and the lake house up on Lake Erie. How cute is that? Enough about my dad and Mary as it's apparent they have much more of an interesting life than I do as I blog about them more than my own family:)!!
Anyhoo, here is the card that I sent out to him
This fun fun digi image is called Aubery Bumblethorpe and he's available at Just Inklined. The artist of this line of images has his own shop now called Dr. Digi House of Stamps. I apologize to the heavy metal fans. I know I didn't do the shirt in the right color, but hey, it wasn't matching my papers!! The papers are from Echo Park, the metal cogs from Tim Holtz and the sentiment is from MFT.
Isn't he just awesome? I've colored him up with copics. The shoes were done with E89, E87, E84, E81. His pants with E79, E77, E74, E71 and the jacket with B97, 95, 93, 91.
Thanks for stopping by today!
